Carla Edwards brings over 20 years of leadership experience in higher education to her role as Director in the Office of Human Resources. In this position she leads the Service Delivery teams, focusing on strategic human resource management and employee support.
Carla earned her Doctorate and Bachelor degree from ASU and Master’s degree from NAU. As a Faculty Associate in the College of Integrative Sciences and Arts, she teaches courses on organizational diversity, ethics, and team dynamics.
Carla is dedicated to providing service in Higher Education and the profession of Human Resources. She is is an executive board member on the Committee for Campus Inclusion (CCI) at ASU, and serves on the CUPA-HR Western region board, a professional association for Human Resources.
