Cameron Scholtz, PhD, completed his doctorate in Exercise and Nutritional Sciences at the College of Health Solutions at Arizona State University. He previously completed a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition (Dietetics) summa cum laude, and a master’s degree in Nutrition. His research focused on creating sustainable interventions for increasing children’s fruit and vegetable consumption. He has also developed several health-related software applications including FoodMindr, a mobile web app for tracking diet quality. His research interest included diet quality, accessible technologies, and sustainable health interventions.
He is a Software Development Engineer at ASU Enterprise Technology and an instructor at ASU College of Health Solutions.
