Michael Dolan serves as the Associate Director, Operations in the University Design Institute (UDI) at Arizona State University (ASU). In this role, Mike supports the Executive Director, Operations to advance operational efforts to support the UDI vision to transform higher education globally. Operations is positioned as the strategic core driving the structures, processes, systems, and financials that are critical to UDI. Prior to this role, Mike served as the Assistant Director, Leadership Initiatives for UDI, overseeing a variety of leadership development initiatives for ASU faculty and staff, including the Leadership Academy (LA).
Mike has worked in higher education for over a decade in a variety of roles including student support, faculty and staff leadership development, and operations. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Global Business from Arizona State University and a Masters of Business Administration from University of Phoenix.
