Kate Brown is the Executive Director of Academic Success and Innovation for the College of Health Solutions (CHS). She oversees the college’s strategic academic planning and operational infrastructure to increase access, streamline operations, and optimize academic offerings in alignment with institutional strategy and student and workforce needs.
In her role, Kate leads a dynamic team responsible for curriculum development, implementation, assessment, accreditation, compliance, and instructional design. She works with academic and operational leaders across the college and university to support program development and delivery decisions as well as long-term academic planning and partnership opportunities.
With more than 15 years of experience in higher education and a background in academic advising and student engagement, Kate brings a student-centered lens to institutional strategy and decision-making. While she no longer works directly with students, she remains deeply committed to leading efforts that ensure their success and prepare them to become the future health care leaders of tomorrow.
