Kate serves as the Senior Director of Academic Success and Innovation for the College of Health Solutions (CHS). With over 15 years of leadership experience in higher education, she specializes in academic planning, curriculum management, and strategic partnerships that enhance student success and support institutional growth. Passionate about advancing health education, Kate is dedicated to developing innovative solutions to prepare the next generation of health care leaders.
In her role, Kate oversees the strategic and operational aspects of curriculum planning, development, implementation, and assessment, leading a team of professionals in areas such as curricular compliance, academic program review, instructional design, and course schedule production. By leveraging data-driven insights and strategic planning, she has helped optimize CHS academic offerings across all ASU campuses and modalities, achieving operational efficiencies, cost savings, revenue generation, and measurable improvements in student enrollment and retention.
An ASU alumna, Kate brings a rich background in academic advising, student engagement, and academic affairs to her current role. While she no longer works directly with students, Kate remains deeply committed to supporting their success by leading efforts to ensure their curriculum is engaging, high-quality, and prepares them for meaningful careers.
