I am a research and education professional with experience in teaching, instructional design, and implementation science. My work focuses on supporting the implementation of evidence-based interventions in school, healthcare, and community settings by developing training programs, managing research activities, and working closely with community partners. I enjoy collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve how evidence-based practices are implemented and sustained in real-world settings.
I earned both a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and a Master of Education in Learning Design and Technologies from Arizona State University. My background includes instructional design, adult learning, program evaluation, implementation science, and technology integration.
