I am a seasoned, systems-minded leader with over a decade of experience driving transformational improvements in transfer evaluation processes and student success. Passionate about equity and innovation in higher education, I combine strategic insight with genuine human compassion to navigate complex organizational challenges and deliver meaningful impact.
Currently, I serve as Director of Academic Transfer Credit Solutions, where I lead a high-performing team responsible for over 1.5 million undergraduate transfer course equivalencies through the Transfer Guide (tcg.asu.edu). My team creates strategic pathways, including AZ community colleges, domestic, and international, to support student mobility, increase enrollment, and deepen cross-institutional collaboration. I am also working on my doctorate in leadership and innovation, where I am committed to continuous growth and advocacy for positive change in academic systems.
