Patrice Bettison-Clark is an experienced human resources executive and sustainable food systems practitioner with more than two decades of leadership experience driving people-centered innovation, organizational effectiveness, and talent development. Her data-driven approach to workforce analytics informed enterprise decisions that improved engagement and bottom line organizational health.
A life long learner and advocate for equity access, education and sustainability, Patrice integrates her expertise in leadership development and change management with her passion for sustainable regenerative, organic agriculture. As a registered farmer and beekeeper, she leads and contributes to community-based initiatives supporting food sovereignty, ecosystem stewardship, and rural vitality. In addition to her agricultural work, Patrice is a USDA NextGen scholar graduate student in the Master of Sustainable Food Systems program.
