  • Rose's current scholarly interests involve medieval and early modern English legal history. His research focuses the legal profession and the operation of the legal system in medieval and early modern England.
  • Kimberly Holst's scholarship examines the intersection of law and media—particularly how media impacts public understanding of law. She presents on effective law school pedagogy before domestic and international audiences.
  • Tamara Herrera teaches various legal writing courses, Indian Legal Research, and Property. Her scholarly interests include legislative drafting, tribal law, and legal writing pedagogy.
  • Douglas Sylvester was the 8th dean of the College of Law at ASU. Under his leadership, ASU Law reached historic heights ranked 25th in the nation (up from 40th in 2012) and 8th among public law schools.
  • Susan Chesler teaches Legal Method and Writing, Legal Advocacy, and Contract Drafting and Negotiating. Her scholarship focuses on transactional drafting and applied legal storytelling. She started teaching at ASU in 2008.
