David Gartner teaches Constitutional Law, Survey of Individual Rights in Constitutional Law, Law and Democracy, and Foreign Relations Law.

Alberto Olivas is a Professor of Practice in ASU’s School of Public Affairs and directs the Spirit of Service Scholars program. Previously, he was Founding Executive Director of the Ed Pastor Center for Politics (2016–2025).
