Her expertise lies in streamlining technology adoption through enterprise-wide processes, ensuring seamless integration that enhances the digital learning experience.

With a career spanning K-12 and higher education, Lissa has played a pivotal role in supporting learners in classrooms, libraries, and online environments. Her leadership experience includes curriculum development, instructional design, faculty training, and technology strategy, emphasizing meaningful connections that drive long-term learning outcomes.

Lissa holds a B.A. in Education with an ESL endorsement from Arizona State University and an M.Ed. in Educational Technology with a focus on Adult Learning and Training from Northern Arizona University. She also holds multiple certifications in instructional technology and leadership.
