I’m passionate about the unique potential of services to connect and transform people.
I lead courses in services management, branding, and marketing research at ASU as well as running the marketing internship program. I love to give students real-world experiences, so my student teams often work with small businesses to solve marketing problems. Beyond the classroom, I serve on the board of Books for a Better World to support rural libraries in Central America www.booksforabetterworld.org
I find joy in reading, hand-lettering, my church community, and raising my adventurous little boy.
