Natalia Diaz is a Senior Project Manager for Health Partnerships at ASU, where she drives strategic collaborations and facilitates the growth of high-impact initiatives, particularly between ASU and major health institutions like Mayo Clinic. Originally from Bogotá, Colombia, Natalia brings a global perspective to her work and is passionate about fostering diversity and inclusion in leadership positions.
Throughout her career, Natalia has specialized in stakeholder management, process optimization, and cross-functional team leadership, with a particular focus on healthcare, technology, and research. She has led key initiatives such as the Giants Among Us events in 2023 & 2024, the MedTech Accelerator Program in 2022, and the Cancer Center Retreat in 2023, demonstrating her ability to manage large-scale events, foster collaboration, and integrate diverse perspectives. She also led the Translational Biomedical Research Symposium in 2023, bringing together thought leaders to discuss the latest advancements in biomedical research.
With expertise in Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Change Management, and Lean Six Sigma, Natalia is committed to continuous improvement and the seamless execution of complex projects. Her technical background is complemented by an MBA from Grand Canyon University (2017) and a recent Master’s in Information Systems Management from ASU's W.P. Carey School of Business (2023).
