Dr. Jose Roberto Medina Campillo is Associate Research Professor in the Civil, Environmental and Sustainable Engineering program in the School of Sustainable Engineering and the Built Environment at Arizona State University. He holds a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering and Received his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University. Dr. Medina’s primary areas of expertise include pavement materials characterization and design, performance modeling, advanced laboratory testing of construction materials, use of sustainable pavement strategies, and pavement management systems
