Long Bio
Lisa M. Morse is a clinical associate professor in the College of Health Solutions. She is a certified nutrition support clinician. Her research interests include: nutritional care of burn, trauma and critical care patients; nutrition support; clinical nutrition; medical nutrition therapy and therapeutic diets. She was recognized in 2006 as an Outstanding Dietetic Preceptor, presented by the Arizona Dietetic Practicum Advisory Committee and received the 2017 School of Nutrition and Health Promotions Excellence in Teaching/Instruction/Mentoring award.
