Nick Maddox currently serves as a Program Manager for Global Outreach and Extended Education at Arizona State University's Ira Fulton Schools of Engineering. Currently, he is responsible for the coordination and management of a wide range of professional development and open content courses. He acts as the main point of contact for subject matter experts, external vendors, ASU's Learning Enterprise, and platform partners, and is responsible for overseeing the entire process, from development agreements and compensation to onboarding and communication with stakeholders.
Nick has also held several other key positions in higher education, including Assistant Director for Academic Support for the College of Integrative Sciences and Arts. In this role, he directed day-to-day operations of the Academic Support team, including course and curriculum planning, enrollment management, program assessment, data analysis, instructional design, and career-connected learning. He also managed the college's academic portfolio, which included 82 majors, minors, and certificates and 180 upskilling courses. Additionally, Nick served as a Coordinator Senior and a Specialist for Academic Transfer Credit Solutions, where he provided a high level of service to students, staff, and faculty.
