Nick Maddox is a Program Manager for Global Outreach and Extended Education at Arizona State University's Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering. He manages a growing portfolio of professional development programs, including custom training programs, microcredentials, and faculty development workshops. He works closely with faculty, external partners, and platform teams to move projects from idea to launch. His work covers everything from development agreements and compensation to onboarding and ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Before this role, Nick was the Assistant Director for Academic Support in ASU’s College of Integrative Sciences and Arts. He led course and curriculum planning, enrollment strategy, program assessment, and data reporting across a large academic portfolio that included 82 degree programs and 180 upskilling courses. He also supported career-connected learning and instructional design projects. Earlier roles focused on academic operations and transfer credit, always with an emphasis on improving systems and supporting students.
