Kara Mangold (DNP, RN-BC, CCTN, CNE, EBP-C) is an instructor with the Edson College of Nursing and Health Innovation at Arizona State University. She has a passion for showing the value and contributions of the nursing profession to patients and interprofessional partners. Her clinical practice expertise is in Solid Organ Transplant Nursing. Research interests include Recovery from Solid Organ Transplant, Successful Care Transitions, and Education Assessment and Evaluation. Her teaching interests include Evidence-Based Practice, Innovation, and Professional Relationships. She is a member of the American Nurses Association, Arizona Nurses Association, Sigma Theta Tau, and the American Association of Critical Care Nurses. She volunteers with the Arizona Nurses Association as a Nurse Peer Reviewer.
