May Busch is a Senior Advisor for leadership in the Office of the President and Professor of Practice at the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University (ASU) where she helps develop the university’s next generation of leaders among faculty and staff through her roles as co-lead of ASU’s Leadership Academy and its Advanced Leadership Initiative. She is also a founder and co-lead of the ASU SUNlite Coaching Program, which advances the ASU charter by broadening access to coaching for ASU employees to reach their full potential and support others to do the same.
Through her consulting practice, May offers workshops, keynotes, and executive coaching to high-potential and high-performance leaders and their teams with a focus on leadership development, career success and organizational strategy. She is founder and CEO of Career Mastery, the professional growth and success resource for ambitious corporate professionals.
Prior to this, May had a 24-year career in investment banking, most recently as COO of Morgan Stanley Europe. A graduate of Harvard Business School, May is married with three daughters and lives in the UK.
