Long Bio
Professor Jill Quillman has been a registered nurse for over 20 years. She has worked in intensive care settings at major hospitals in Arizona caring for mainly critically ill, cardiac patients. Professor Quillman has earned her Master's in Nursing Education as well as her Critical Care Registered Nurse certification (CCRN-K). Additionally, Professor Quillman has an extensive background working as a Legal Nurse Analyst where she analyzed and interpreted medical data to assist lawyers with malpractice cases.
For the last 7+ years, Professor Quillman has taught prelicensure nursing students through didactic classroom lecture, experiential learning, and in the clinical setting. She also is a Barrett Honors faculty member that has supported, served, and mentored students undergraduate and graduate students through their applied projects, thesis projects, and classroom honor contracts.
