Dr. Sara Lee, Ed.D., is an Associate Teaching Professor of German at Arizona State University, where her work centers on the development of inclusive world language classrooms that effectively support neurodivergent learners. Her scholarly and professional interests include neurodiversity and language acquisition, executive function in second language learning, and evidence-based instructional practices. She presents nationally and internationally on these topics. As a German Educational Multiplier, Dr. Lee actively collaborates with language educators across the United States to advance innovative and inclusive pedagogical approaches. With more than 20 years of teaching experience, spanning elementary through university-level learners, she remains deeply committed to the transformative potential of language education, emphasizing that “nothing is more exciting than opening someone’s world to a new culture.”
