Long Bio
Jordan Barajas is a PhD candidate in Exercise Science at Arizona State University whose research examines cognitive-motor interactions in Parkinson’s disease. Her dissertation investigates whether relationships between cognition and gait differ across clinical, laboratory, and real-world environments in people with Parkinson’s disease. Broadly, she is interested in translational neuroscience, mobility assessment, fall prevention, and rehabilitation strategies for neurodegenerative populations.
Jordan is currently seeking postdoctoral opportunities in movement disorders, neurorehabilitation, biomechanics, and motor control.
