Health Solutions
Behavioral health, physical health, medicine, forensic science, justice, and public safety are my passions! I am currently completing doctoral studies at ASU in the Doctor of Behavioral Health (DBH) Management while pursuing optional certificates in Human Factors in Forensic Science and Evolutionary Medicine/Global Health. Human factors involve motivational and cognitive biases can undermine justice by negatively affecting the collection, analysis and interpretation of forensic evidence. By accounting for human factors, forensic examiners can enhance the objectivity and accuracy of their work. Evolutionary medicine transforms our understanding of dis-ease by merging the fields of evolutionary biology, genetics, medicine, global health and public health.
I have also worked as a Graduate Service Assistant (GSA) helping with course grading and editing for several faculty members in ASU's College of Health Solutions. I enjoy supporting students from all over the world, meeting them where they are.
