Shinyi Wu is an associate professor of information systems at the W. P. Carey School of Business of Arizona State University. He joined ASU in 2013. His previous appointments include positions with Nanyang Technological University, University of California, Irvine and Temple University. His research interests include strategic pricing of information goods and services; business analytics; telecommunications and efficient allocation of wireless network resources; and the impact of online recommendations and ratings on sales. His work has been published in leading journals, such as: Management Science, Operations Research, Information Systems Research, Production and Operations Management, Journal of the Association for Information Systems, and European Journal of Operational Research.
Professor Wu received the 2013 Hospitality Technology Research Award from the Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Technology and the 2008 Researcher of the Division Award, Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University.
