Work Background:
As the IT Organizational Development & Culture Director for Enterprise Technology, Danielle strategically aligns working groups, communities, and partnerships to launch initiatives across the enterprise, such as the new T4 Leadership Academy and on-going communities of practice such as Culture Weavers and Culture Ripples. Danielle combines her expertise in project management, change management, process improvement, and organizational behavior to harness and direct the collective talents of ET.
Previously, Danielle implemented university-wide technology projects, during which she raised awareness, led dialogue, built competencies, and empowered project members to focus on the importance of customers’ timely and proficient adoption of the projects’ solutions. In 2018, she co-founded the Arizona Chapter of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP), a non-profit organization for the purpose of expanding ACMP Global’s reach in Arizona, by uniting local change professionals to foster personal and professional development.
Additionally, Danielle co-founded ASU's Project Management (PM) Network and Organizational Excellence Community of Practice (OECoP). She most notably spearheaded the PM Network’s flagship offering: Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) Course, through which over 100 participants gained an understanding of the PMBOK’s knowledge areas and became eligible to apply for the Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM) certification exams. As of 2023, she serves as the PM Network's Sponsor, facilitating strategic collaborations among the Board Members, so they may provide the community with opportunities to learn, connect, and grow in alignment with the ASU Charter.
Danielle is an “alum” of May Busch’s Next Level Leadership program as well as one of the newest certified Troop Leaders and Service Unit Leaders for the Girl Scouts, Arizona Cactus-Pine Council.
