Lori L. Lovitt is a faculty instructor at Arizona State University for the Integrated Health Initiative located within the School of Social Work. Lori seeks to inspire wellness in others by providing tools for responsive living via development of a mindful practice. Lori uses her over 23 years of educational background to develop instructional strategies that engage students in exploring various approachs to relieve and minimize daily stress. Lori currently teachs undergraduate stress management courses, introducing the physiological and psychological responses to stress and ways to deregulate through the perspective of mindfulness. Lori holds a B.S in Business Management, Master of Arts in Education, and Graduate Certificate focused on the Assessment of Integrative Health Modalities.
