Highest honors in National Dance Council of America Bronze through gold teaching certification. Earning top-teacher awards in more than 50 national competitions. Earning top 6 in Rising Star American Smooth and International Latin dance over a period of 15 years of competitive dance.
National Dance Council of America, A+ Through D+, American Smooth, Amercian Rhythm, International Ballroom, and International Latin. Founding member of the Professional Dancer's Federation, Member of the United States Terpsichore, Examined member of the Dance Masters of America.
Masters Committee for Megan Gjersvig and Diona Peltcs. Mentoring of more than 30 Barrett Honors student projects. Honors thesis director for William Langenbach and Jason Hall.
Over 40 years of competitive/Exhibition partnership dance and owner of three dance studios during that time. ASU faculty since 1993 introducing more than 10,000 ASU students to the joy of partnership dance and the benefits of community through dance. 3 years as a Level 1 engineer for Atlantic Richfield Company.
Fifteen years of service to the Mesa area Cotillion classes for the Mesa Country club, Chandler Service Club and the senior center of Mesa. 20 Years of serving at advisor to the Ballroom and Latin Club, changing to Devil Dancesport 12 years ago including more than 5 volunteer events per academic year to serve the ASU and our local community.
Certified International coach for Dancesport in Ballroom, Latin, American Smooth, and American Rhythm. coaching amateur and professional competitors locally, nationally and internationally.

Advisor to the Devil Dancesport club on Campus with volunteer coaching and teaching throughout the ASU and the local dance community. Consultant to students and amateurs wishing to enter the field of competition and teaching in the field of partnership dance, with over 20 students teaching part or full time in their area of passion.
