Long Bio
Casey Evans is the Chief Operating Officer at EdPlus at Arizona State University, where she oversees operational strategy and execution for one of higher education’s most innovative digital learning enterprises. Known for her ability to align people, systems, and strategy, Casey leads initiatives that expand access, strengthen student success, and improve performance across ASU’s global online ecosystem.
With more than two decades of experience in higher education, Casey has worked across student services, program development, workforce innovation, and large-scale digital operations. Since joining EdPlus in 2015, she has helped advance ASU’s mission of inclusive excellence by building high-performing teams and data-informed systems that support more than 100,000 online learners worldwide.
A first-generation college graduate, Casey holds an undergraduate degree in English and master’s degrees in Organizational Management, Digital Audience Strategy, and English. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Education (EdD), focusing on systems-level change, leadership, and learner success.
Casey believes deeply in the power of education to change lives. Her leadership is defined by clarity, collaboration, and a commitment to creating opportunity at scale.
