Ms. Andres received her Master's Degree in Child and Family Studies and her Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from State Cloud State University in St. Cloud, MN. Ms. Andres has worked for over 12 years in the child welfare field as a case manager, guardian ad litem and foster care licensor. In addition, for the past 15 years, she has taught undergraduate students in Educational Studies on the topics of Parent-Child Relations, Child and Adolescent Development, Human Development, Educational Psychology, Culture and Schooling, Parent Involvement and Family Services, Multicultural Education and Diversity in the Classrooms. She relocated to Arizona with her family over a decade ago to escape the cold Minnesota winters. Ms. Andres currently works as a 10th Grade English teacher for a charter school district in the Valley.
