Jack Fevurly is the Operations Manager for ASU Admission Services, where he ensures the day-to-day operations of the department run smoothly and efficiently. From overseeing the department’s occupied buildings and technology allocation to streamlining processes and identifying cost-effective solutions, Jack is dedicated to creating an environment that supports the team’s success and the university’s mission as the New American University.
In his role, Jack provides essential support for key operational areas, including recruitment logistics, applicant services, technology and data solutions, and campus events. He ensures resources like print materials, equipment, and the department’s vehicle fleet are readily available and well-maintained. Jack also supports the Admission Services help desk by assisting with hiring, training, and resource allocation, fostering a culture of efficiency and excellence. His collaborative approach strengthens communication and coordination between Admission Services and other enrollment partners, ensuring seamless processes and efficient document management.
While Jack no longer works directly with students in his current role, his past experience in student engagement provides him with a unique perspective that enhances his approach to operational excellence. He continues to support the university’s mission by focusing on innovative strategies and solutions that make the work of Admission Services more effective and impactful.
Jack earned his Bachelor of Science (BS) in Digital Marketing (Digital & Integrated Marketing Communication) from the W. P. Carey School of Business at ASU and his Master of Education (MEd) in Higher and Postsecondary Education from the Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College at ASU. After gaining experience in leading marketing agencies, he returned to ASU to combine his skills with his passion for higher education. Today, Jack is always looking for new ways to elevate his team’s operations while embodying ASU’s values of innovation, inclusion, and excellence.
