Long Bio
Sabrina L. Williamson is a PhD student in the School of Criminology and Criminal Justice at Arizona State University. She received her Master of Arts in Anthropology from Louisiana State University in 2022. She has experience with the criminal justice system having worked at the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office Property and Evidence Division, Louisiana State University’s Forensic Anthropology and Computer Enhancement Services, and volunteered with the Maricopa County Office of the Medical Examiner. Her research interests include the testing and processing of Sexual Assault Nurse Examination (SANE) kits, investigator decision making, prosecutorial discretion, and influence of administrative staff on the criminal justice system.
