Long Bio
Faith Dalzell serves as the Associate Director of Strategic Projects within Arizona State University’s Learning Enterprise. In this role, she leads cross-functional initiatives that advance enterprise-wide priorities, strengthen global and institutional partnerships, and support the development of scalable, learner-centered solutions. Faith works closely with senior leadership to translate strategy into action, shaping high-impact projects, creating clarity across workstreams, and ensuring alignment during moments of growth.
Building on a strong foundation in program strategy, operational excellence, and cross-cultural collaboration, Faith thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments that require both strategic thinking and thoughtful execution. She regularly leads key internal and external engagements, stewards relationships with corporate, philanthropic, and international partners and supports projects that expand access to innovative educational pathways.
Faith earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Business (Public Policy and Public Service) and Educational Studies from Arizona State University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree. She is passionate about designing systems that promote social and economic mobility, and she brings a learner-first perspective to every initiative. Her work reflects a deep commitment to building equitable futures and driving meaningful impact across communities both locally and globally.
