Faith Dalzell serves as the Associate Director of Strategic Projects within Arizona State University's Learning Enterprise, where she functions as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and leads initiatives that advance institutional growth, innovation, and global engagement. She works across organizational boundaries to align strategy, partnerships, and execution, helping transform complex ideas into scalable programs and measurable impact.
Her work spans enterprise strategy, organizational transformation, global partnerships, and workforce innovation. Faith has led initiatives ranging from international partnership development and executive education strategy to enterprise-wide planning efforts, serving as a connector between academic units, industry partners, philanthropies, and institutional leadership. She is particularly interested in how organizations navigate change, build collaborative ecosystems, and create pathways for lifelong learning.
Faith holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Business (Public Policy and Public Service) and Educational Studies, as well as a Master of Science in Global Technology and Development from Arizona State University. A recipient of ASU's Charter Award, her graduate work explored Principled Innovation and the application of values-driven leadership to complex societal challenges. She is passionate about building systems, partnerships, and strategies that expand opportunity and create meaningful impact at scale.
