Eleni Sholes, Executive Administrative Support Specialist, helps ensure student success within the College of Integrative Sciences and Arts (CISA) School of Counseling and Counseling Psychology (SCCP). In her role, Eleni supports a Graduate student's journey from admission to graduation by providing students and faculty with the communication, tools, and opportunities that are needed in a successful student environment.
As an EASS Eleni works with the Dean’s Office to provide central support for the College of Integrative Sciences and Arts’ School of Counseling and Counseling Psychology. This support includes assistance and coordination of academic personnel processes, coordination of faculty searches, organizing and documenting school meetings and events, and providing direct support to the SCCP School Director as needed. Eleni also acts as the Counseling Psychology PhD Coordinator and provides support in accreditation, admissions, assistantship/funding processes, program changes, course scheduling, current and prospective student support, maintain programmatic documentation, and acts as a contact with external ASU departments.
Prior to her current position, Eleni worked at CISA Counseling and Counseling Psychology as a Senior Program Coordinator, at The Design School as a Curriculum Coordinator, and at ASU’s Parking and Transit Services as a Senior Customer Service Specialist.
