Executive Administrative Support Specialist | Championing Success at ASU
As a proud member of Arizona State University (ASU), I am passionate about creating a welcoming and dynamic environment where students, faculty, and staff can thrive! In my role as Executive Administrative Support Specialist (EASS) at the College of Integrative Sciences and Arts (CISA) and the School of Counseling and Counseling Psychology (SCCP), I contribute to initiatives that help drive success and bring the ASU community closer together.
Working hand in hand with the Dean’s Office and SCCP School Director, I take pride in coordinating academic personnel processes, faculty searches, school meetings, and faculty events. Every task I undertake is focused on making meaningful contributions that enhance the experiences of both faculty and students.
Above all, I am thrilled to champion inclusion and collaboration. Creating a workplace culture where every individual feels valued and supported is a driving force behind everything I do—it’s incredibly rewarding to see the positive impact on ASU’s mission and vibrant community.
I am also actively involved in ASU staff committees that promote growth, career advancement, staff recognition, and a healthy workplace culture. Through my participation in Administrative Professionals Committees, I collaborate with passionate colleagues to encourage engagement, networking, and professional development for staff across the university.
My academic background fuels my commitment to excellence. Through my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, I gained valuable insight into human behavior and research methodologies, which I apply thoughtfully in my role. Earning my Master of Science in Psychology with Distinction honed my ability to assess complex information with precision, recognize patterns in decision-making, and approach problem-solving with meticulous attention to detail. These skills have been invaluable in my administrative work, where accuracy, organization, and strategic decision-making are essential. My training in psychological research and evaluation has strengthened my ability to manage workflows, optimize processes, and maintain a structured approach to supporting faculty, staff, and students.
