Ana Julissa Rincon, known as Juli, is a progressive care nurse and nurse educator passionate about preparing the next generation of nurses. She earned her BSN from Arizona State University and is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Nursing Education at Edson College on a full scholarship.
With clinical experience at Mayo Clinic Hospital in cardiovascular and thoracic progressive care, Juli has also served as a preceptor for nursing students and new graduates—experiences that inspired her transition into education. Her academic work focuses on simulation, culturally responsive teaching, and bilingual cardiovascular care education through her project From Corazón to Care Plan: Bridging Language Gaps in Nursing.
As a proud first-generation Hispanic nurse from Tucson, Juli is dedicated to mentorship, inclusivity, and promoting resilience among nursing students through initiatives such as her thesis on student-led holistic health.
