Long Bio
Sarah Polekoff is a behavioral ecologist studying how birds adapt to an urban environment. She is broadly interested in how animals use behavior to adapt to new environments, and how behavior informs evolution.
In the past, Sarah has studied a wide variety of topics including songbird personality, songbird vocal communication, small mammal population dynamics, and stream macroinvertebrate communities.
