Erica N. White, J.D., M.P.H. is a Public Service and Leadership Development Fellow at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and an Attorney Advisor with the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Erica focuses on integrating public health policies, research, and interventions into agriculture law to support infectious disease control, enhance food safety, and support natural resource conservation. Prior to these dual roles, Erica was a Research Scholar with ASU's Center for Public Health Law and Policy and a Senior Attorney at the Network for Public Health Law, where she researched and published in public health law and policy, including emergency legal preparedness, constitutional and administrative law issues in public health, and judicial trends. She has published in multiple law review and peer-reviewed journals including the Harvard Law and Policy Review and the American Journal of Public Health. Erica earned her J.D. at ASU and her M.P.H. at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas.
