Jeannie Reardon (she/her/ella) is an Outreach Director at Arizona State University, where she oversees eight federally funded TRIO Precollege programs that support post-secondary matriculation and success for students from historically marginalized communities. She also supports the ASU First Star Academy, a program dedicated to building pathways to post-secondary education and successful adult lives for high-school-age youth in foster care. Previously, she served as a Hispanic-Serving Institution Title V grant director and workforce development administrator, leading initiatives to reduce barriers to education and employment, and spent nearly 15 years in the public school system. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, a Master’s in Educational Leadership, and is pursuing a Doctorate of Education in Leadership and Innovation. Her work in cultural competence and family engagement in education reflects her commitment to supporting first-generation students and their families.
