Harish Guda is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Supply Chain Management at the W.P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University.
His research tackles operational challenges in the modern digital economy, including workforce management in the gig economy, algorithmic pricing strategies in online retail, antitrust in last-mile delivery. His work has been published in premier academic journals such as Management Science, Production and Operations Management, and the Journal of Operations Management, while his insights have also reached broader audiences through coverage in outlets like the LSE Business Review.
He teaches the core Operations and Supply Chain Management and an advanced elective on Operations and Demand Planning to the Full-Time MBA students at W.P. Carey. He was recognized by Poets & Quants as a "Favorite MBA Professor" of the Class of 2024.
He received his PhD in Management Science from the Jindal School of Management, The University of Texas at Dallas in 2019 and an undergraduate degree from IIT Madras in 2013.
