Professor Li studies supply chain decisions in technology and pharmaceutical industries, focusing on operations decisions including demand forecasting, revenue management and pricing, production and capacity planning.

Rui Yin’s primary research includes demand management in retail operations, and sourcing and procurement strategies in multi-tier supply chain management. Professor Yin teaches in the MS-BA program and the SCM PhD program.

A former merchant, Testa focuses on the relationship between people, products. She explores the impact of strategic changes in retail through internationalization, sustainability, channel shifts, and the employee experience.
