Professor Li studies supply chain decisions in technology and pharmaceutical industries, focusing on operations decisions including demand forecasting, revenue management and pricing, production and capacity planning.

Rui Yin’s research explores demand management in retail, sourcing and procurement in multi-tier supply chains, and AI in Supply Chain Management. She teaches in the MBA, MSBA, and SCM PhD programs.

A former merchant, Testa focuses on the relationship between people, products. She explores the impact of strategic changes in retail through internationalization, sustainability, channel shifts, and the employee experience.
