Dr. Jordan M.O. Causadias is an award-winning school psychologist an clinical assistant professor at Arizona State University. Over the past decade, she has worked in public schools across diverse locations, including Minneapolis, Chicago, Phoenix, Upstate New York, as well as internationally in Madrid, Spain, Panama City, Panama and Quito, Ecuador.
Dr. Causadias earned her EdD in Educational Leadership and Innovation from Arizona State University, where her dissertation, Uniquely Impacted: Trauma Support for Educators of Students with Developmental Disabilities in Response to the Covid-19 Global Pandemic, provided valuable insights into the unique challenges faced by educators during the pandemic.
In addition to her academic achievements, Dr. Causadias is actively involved in the Arizona Association of School Psychologists, currently serving as Membership Chair. Her dedication to trauma-informed practices is evident in her work as a grant recipient, supporting special education teachers through training and the development of the Road to Recovery Toolkit. She has shared her expertise with both professional and community audiences.
Dr. Causadias is enthusiastic about inspiring future educators, continuing her passion for innovation in education workforce sustainability and mental health.
