Ekaterina is a first-year Ph.D. student at the Morrison School of Agribusiness. Prior to joining ASU Ekaterina worked as an Assurance staff for Ernst&Young LLC in Krasnodar, Russia conducting financial statement audits of agricultural companies and big retail chains. She holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in economics from Kuban State Agrarian University. Her current research interests are devoted to food insecurity, food policies, and food supply chain.
