Long Bio
Christian Perez is the founder and CEO of Altivum® Inc., a veteran-owned technology firm dedicated to building artificial intelligence systems for workforce transformation. A former Special Forces Medic with 1st Special Forces Group, Christian deployed to Afghanistan, where he led trauma care operations in combat environments and was awarded the Bronze Star for meritorious service. His military background continues to shape his approach to leadership, infrastructure design, and mission execution.
Through Altivum, Christian launched VetROI™,a cloud-native platform that helps veterans translate their military experience into career-aligned civilian paths using AI and data analytics. He also hosts The Vector Podcast, which explores the intersection of artificial intelligence, cloud architecture, and business strategy.
Christian has always had a passion for learning. He speaks English, Spanish, French, and Korean. He is the author of Beyond the Assessment. He’s passionate about applied ethics in AI, digital resilience for transitioning service members, and building systems that serve both business and public good.
Outside of work, he enjoys playing the piano, mentoring youth, and spending time with his son. He will never say no to a cup of coffee and conversation.
