Long Bio
Prince Kwarase is an education innovator, researcher, and strategist whose work bridges artificial intelligence, higher education transformation, and systems of innovation. His research explores how emerging technologies can advance equitable learning futures—particularly across regions undergoing rapid digital transformation. By integrating theory, policy, and applied evaluation, he brings a unique lens to understanding how institutions, educators, and learners adopt and adapt to new technologies for long-term societal impact.
With over a decade of cross-sector experience in industry, Prince has designed and led initiatives that connect local knowledge with global innovations. His works include projects that address educational access and student retention in universities in West Africa, advancing sustainability and climate initiatives, and institutional fundraising experience in the United States, which has brought in millions of dollars for various programs.
Currently, Prince is a Ph.D. Candidate at Arizona State University, and his doctoral research examines Artificial Intelligence Adoption and Learning Transformation in Higher Education, focusing on how AI systems and tools shape learning, institutional culture, and the future of learning and work. His work situates AI not only as a technological innovation, but also as a socio-cultural and educational phenomenon that influences how young people prepare for the global futures ahead.
Prince is a recipient of several competitive fellowships and scholarships, including the Royal Commonwealth Society Fellowship, and the Ashesi University's Presidential Award for Scholarship, Leadership, and Citizenship. He is committed to leveraging innovation, technology, policy, and evidence to reimagine learning ecosystems that are inclusive, adaptive, and future-oriented.
