Amy Majerle is the Senior Program Manager for the ADAPT (Adaptive Parenting Tools) program housed at the REACH Institute at Arizona State University. In her role she oversees the research and dissemination of this evidence-based program uniquely designed to support military and first responder family resilience, especially during times of stress or trauma. As a certified ADAPT facilitator she has had the privilege of working virtually with military and first responder parents in Arizona, helping them tailor ADAPT skills for their families. Amy and her husband are both retired after serving 20+ years each with the MN Air National Guard and are parenting two young adults. She understands firsthand how occupational stressors can influence our ability to be the parents we desire to be.
