Long Bio
Richard Herrera joined the Arizona State University faculty in 1989. He received his bachelor's and master's from St. Mary's University and his doctorate from the University of California at Santa Barbara. Professor Herrera has contributed articles to the American Political Science Review, Journal of Politics, Legislative Studies Quarterly, and Public Opinion Quarterly. His current research interests are focused on U.S. Governors, their ideology, policy agendas, and representative functions.
