Currently the General Manager for Insignia Event Services, a subsidiary of the Arizona Cardinals, Joe is responsible for leading the efforts for new business, events, partnerships and other front facing business and management. His responsibilities include management and development of revenue generation and operations, business partnerships and venue development. Prior to working with Insignia, Joe spent 5 years with the City of Surprise and Surprise Stadium as the Senior Associate Director – Sports & Tourism. , Joe helped lead the efforts for the City’s partnership with the Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers and the City’s Major League Baseball spring training facility, Surprise Stadium. His responsibilities include management and development of revenue generation and operations, business partnerships and tourism development. Prior to working with Surprise Stadium, Joe spent 15 years’ in Division I College Athletics administration focused on fund raising, business development, marketing and team administration efforts for Arizona State University, University of California – Berkeley, UCF , University of Maryland and Holy Cross. Throughout his career, Joe has had the opportunity to help acquire resources for building and renovating athletic facilities including the new California Memorial Stadium $300 M (Cal), Cole Field House $155 M (Maryland), and the Luth Athletic Complex $105 M (Holy Cross). Joe received his Undergraduate Degree in Management from W.P. Carey School of Business, with a minor in tourism while working with the ASU Athletics, the Los Angeles Angels and Phoenix Suns. He also has a Master’s Degree in Sports Business Administration from Ohio University.
