Dr. Goss is a Board Certified Podiatric Surgeon with over 19 years of direct experience within the Indian Health Service (IHS). While establishing and leading Podiatry programs at multiple hospitals and clinics throughout the IHS system, Dr. Goss has served as an adjunct professor for Midwestern University College of the Health Sciences for 12 years, and partnered with that College to found and direct an advanced surgical training Podiatric Residency program within the IHS for 7 years. Dr. Goss has also participated in clinical research, lectured at national meetings, and been a corporate consultant on topics related to diabetic limb reconstruction for over 10 years. Dr. Goss is currently employed by the Winslow Indian Health Care Center, and focuses his practice on wound care, amputation prevention, and reconstructive surgery of the diabetic limb.
