Gary Stuart

Gary Stuart was the Senior Policy Advisor to the Office of the Dean of the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law since 2009 and an adjunct professor at ASU since 1994, teaching Legal Ethics, Legal Writing and Appellate Advocacy. He spent 32 years as a partner in Jennings, Strouss & Salmon and now practices part time as Gary L. Stuart, P.C. He has published books with Lexis-Nexis Publishing; Univ. of New Mexico Press; Univ. of Arizona Press; Xlibris Publishing. He is also an Arizona Attorney Columnist. In addition, he is president of Keyed Communications, LLC. Arizona's leading provider of off-site networks to law firms.

He served on the Arizona Board of Regents from 2000-2008. He was also a commissioner on the Arizona Higher Education and Research Commission from 2004-2008. His academic interests include constitutional law and criminal proceduare, Creating writing, ficion and narrative non-fiction, ethics and professionalism, higher education policy, IT and computer network security issues and trial and appellate advocacy.
