Long Bio
Victoria Pham is a second-year Ph.D. student and a graduate student fellow in the Center for Organization Research & Design (CORD). She is being supervised by Dr. Angel Molina and Dr. Ulrich Jensen. Her research interests are in diversity and equity within the realm of public sector work. She applies theories from social psychology, sociology, and organizational theory to investigate how organizational processes and attributes influence the career experiences and progression of public employees. As a Ph.D. student and CORD fellow, she has presented at the International Conference for Science & Technology Indicators and the Atlanta Conference for S&T Policy. She is currently working on projects investigating effective policy communication instruments and the effect of organizational processes on organizational climate.
Victoria Pham received her B.S. in Psychology at the Georgia Institute of Technology. During her undergraduate career, she gained research experience as a research assistant in the PARK Lab under the supervision of Dr. Ruth Kanfer where she worked on projects focusing on STEM diversity. More specifically, she examined the experiences of women and first-generation immigrants as they traversed their careers.
