Long Bio
Ashley Odebiyi will join the School of Historical, Philosophical and Religious Studies as assistant professor of history after completing her doctorate at The University of Alabama. A Fulbright Scholar, her work examines how pious laywomen known as bizzoche created and maintained economic, political and religious networks in 15th-century Rome.
