I’m an Information Technology graduate from Arizona State University with a focus on cybersecurity and enterprise IT support. I currently work as a System Support Specialist with ASU Enterprise Technology, where I provide technical support and infrastructure assistance for faculty and staff across campus.
Throughout my time at ASU, I gained hands on experience in IT operations, troubleshooting, hardware deployment, system imaging, and customer support through multiple technical roles. I previously worked as a Deskside Support Specialist with the Arizona Department of Health Services, supporting statewide IT operations and end user technology solutions. I also served as an Engineering Tutor at ASU, helping students strengthen their understanding of core IT and technology concepts.
In addition to my professional experience, I have been actively involved in leadership and technical organizations including Cyber Sphere. I am passionate about solving technical problems, improving user experiences, and continuing to grow in the areas of cybersecurity, systems administration, and enterprise technology.
