Widline Luctama

Widline Luctama, EdD, PMP, SHRM-CP is a project management leader at ASU, where she drives organizational improvement initiatives within KE Operations PMO and teaches introductory project management courses in the College of Integrative Sciences and Arts (CISA). Her work primarily supports ASU’s research engine—leading cross-functional, multi-workstream projects that strengthen operations, enhance integration, and advance the university’s charter and research goals.

Widline’s academic journey spans diplomacy, healthcare administration, and education, and she believes each degree has built upon the other to broaden her perspective and strengthen her ability to lead complex organizations through change. Before joining ASU, she supported large-scale initiatives across industries, including Albertsons/Safeway, as well as nonprofit and government organizations along the east coast. These experiences deepened her expertise in process optimization, organizational change, and people-centered implementation.

Her research interests include artificial intelligence, change management, process innovation, and digital transformation, with a focus on bridging technology and human experience to design efficient, sustainable, and user-informed systems. A lifelong learner, Widline continually expands her knowledge through coursework and exploration of emerging topics that enhance her professional practice.

Within ASU, she actively contributes to the ASU PM Network, PMBOK team, sharing project management knowledge that supports education and PMP exam readiness. Beyond ASU, she is a Toastmasters member and a volunteer with the PMI Phoenix Chapter (soon to be PMI Arizona Chapter), where she mentors emerging professionals and supports strategic planning.
